About this website

The site provides information about Goosefayre products, seasonal availability, training and ways to contact us. It does not currently provide an online checkout or create a sales contract merely because you submit an enquiry or newsletter form.

Product enquiries and orders

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change, particularly for seasonal produce. An order is formed only after we confirm the product, total price, collection or delivery arrangements and accept your order. Any additional terms that apply to a confirmed order will be provided before the contract is concluded.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery or collection timing will be agreed when an order is confirmed. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Cancellation and return rights depend on the product and circumstances; perishable goods and goods that deteriorate rapidly may be exempt from the usual cooling-off right. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or not as agreed.
